Death before death

H er eyes were bigger than usual, The pain had  found its way out of her mind and her body. Her emotions had eventually found a vent A  thick red lava of agony had finally molten and was dripping down her tilted nose. She had gone taller with the help of a rope and reached the roof, Culminated her being, because she was aloof. I was trying hard to find reasons, staring at her standing numb She was not so weak, that she could so lucidly sccumb. mard ko dard nahi hota

Defying the laws of emotions “Be a man”. “ Mard ko dard nahi hota”. “ Oh come on! Boys don’t cry” H ow many times we end up saying these things to the male folk around us. Life had taken an ugly turn And the world rubbed salt on my every burn. For all those people i stood for In their hour of despair Beautifully gave a cold shoulder And made me believe that my misery needs no care. For i brought upon this plight all for my self. I stood for something i couldnt catch up with anymore And thought of abandoning a relation which was already rotten and sore My dignity had no wings Nor did my existence. Today i stand stranded and alone But im happy for i have seen the real face of the world Whether they are your creators or the ones who loved Their love is true only till you pamper their egos and blindly follow what they told.
